Kimberley IT was established in 2013 in the North West region, covering Kununurra, Fitzroy Crossing, Broome, Port Hedland, and Karratha. Our journey began in Broome, where we quickly gained a reputation for providing friendly expert service and advice to our clients. As our diverse client base continued to grow, so did our reputation for offering outstanding, honest, and affordable support solutions.
In 2016, we opened a shopfront in Broome’s Hub Chinatown to service the local community with computer sales, hardware upgrades, virus removal, and computer upgrades. Our commitment to delivering quality service to our clients remained unchanged.
Fast forward to 2020, with the Covid pandemic leading to more people working from home than ever before and the adoption of cloud computing becoming more mainstream, in 2021 we made the decision to relocate our head office to Perth. Although we still have technicians on the ground in Broome, we now primarily perform our work remotely. Despite this change, our focus remains on providing dependable and cost-effective IT services to businesses and the public alike, just as we did when we first started in 2013.
